Your Responsibilities | Compliance – AML/KYC – Onboarding - Management

• Lead the full AML/CFT framework: internal policies, ongoing monitoring, regulatory watch and periodic reports to management.
• Oversee and validate the client onboarding process: KYC collection, risk scoring, document review and escalation of sensitive cases.
• Act as the main point of contact for the CSSF and other authorities, preparing all required regulatory filings and annual compliance reports.
• Work closely with accounting, tax and corporate teams to ensure data consistency and regulatory adherence across departments.
• Train and support colleagues by delivering in-house sessions and updating procedures whenever regulations evolve.
• Drive process improvements: fine-tune compliance software, automate checks and develop KPI dashboards.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Compliance – AML/KYC – Onboarding - Management

• 5+ years’ experience as a Compliance/AML Officer or Manager within a PSF, fund administrator or financial-services provider in Luxembourg.
• In-depth knowledge of CSSF rules, Luxembourg AML Law (2004) and related circulars; ACAMS or equivalent certification is a strong asset.
• Fluency in French and English to liaise confidently with clients and regulators.
• Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a demanding yet supportive setting.
