One of our partners, a well-established and reputable Family Office, is currently looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team and support them in the daily management of various structures within the firm.

Our partner has been based in Luxembourg for over 20 years, overseeing accounting and corporate governance for multiple entities both locally and internationally. In addition to their Luxembourg office, they also have a presence elsewhere in Europe to ensure global support for their operations.

Your Responsibilities | Payroll – International – Fiduciary – Tax – PFS

• You will be responsible for preparing accurate financial reports to be presented for management review.
• You will ensure the proper execution of daily banking activities, including payments, cash management, and other related operations to guarantee effective follow-up.
• As a Senior Accountant, you will handle account reconciliations, including VAT reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintaining strong communication with external service providers such as auditors, banks, and administrative bodies is essential to ensure the smooth running of operations.
• You will oversee the entire accounting cycle of the assigned structures and ensure that all financial data is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Payroll – International – Fiduciary – Tax – PFS

• You have at least 4 years of experience as an Accountant in Luxembourg, ideally in a similar environment.
• You are fluent in Dutch and have a professional level of English, both are essential for this position.
• You hold a degree in Accounting or in a related field.
• You are fully capable of handling the entire accounting cycle, with strong attention to timeliness and accuracy.
• Previous experience working with holding structures is considered a strong asset.

• A competitive gross annual salary of up to €85,000€ depending on your experience and the value you bring to the team.
