Fund Administrator – In House, Extra Holidays

We are pleased to support an investment firm recently established in Luxembourg. The firm fosters a start-up culture, encouraging open communication and close collaboration between team members who develop their skills every day.

The company is exposed to diverse and complex transactions, mainly involving investment funds and SPVs. It provides a full range of services, from incorporation to liquidation, covering administrative, accounting, and legal management, as well as innovative tailored solutions for its clients.

Your Responsibilities | Legal – Regulatory – Set up – Finance – Law – Corporate

  • You will be reviewing and drafting legal documents such as structuring documents.
  • You will liaise with the accounting department and ensure the documents are compliant and up to date.
  • You will be in contact with third parties such as service providers, auditors, lawyers, and banks.
  • You will ensure the collection of AML/KYC documents, reviewing and coordination with the compliance team.

Profile and Career Path | Legal – Regulatory – Set up – Finance – Law – Corporate

  • To adapt well to your new environment, you have at least 3 years of experience as a fund administrator in Luxembourg.
  • You are fluent in both French and English, which will allow smooth communication with your interlocutors.
  • To be efficient in this position, you are familiar with alternative investment funds and SPVs in Private Equity.
  • This position requires autonomy, proactivity, and organization in order to meet deadlines.

  • You will earn a salary of up to 65,000€ gross/year depending on your experience and knowledge.
