Your Responsibilities | Finance – PFS – Fiduciary – TA – Transfer agent

  • You will supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the transfer agency team, ensuring accurate processing of shareholder transactions, subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of operational procedures and controls, continuously improving processes to increase efficiency, reduce risks, and guarantee data integrity will be part of your position.
  • You will be managing relationships with clients, and other stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact to resolve issues, provide updates, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • You will have to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to transfer agency activities, coordinating audits, reporting, and adherence to industry standards.

Profile and Career Path | Finance – PFS – Fiduciary – TA – Transfer agent

  • To fully understand your new responsibilities, you have between 7 and 10 years of experience in Transfer Agency within a similar environment in Luxembourg (such as a fiduciary, AIFM, or PFS). Previous experience in a managerial role is a strong asset.
  • Fluency in English is essential to ensure effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills are key to coordinating with other departments and, most importantly, fostering cohesion within your team.
  • To thrive in this role, strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset will be crucial.

  • You will earn a salary of up to €95,000 gross/year, depending on your experience and technical skills.
  • This salary will be complemented by an attractive package including meal vouchers (10.80€ each), health insurance, a pension plan, anda bonus.
