We are pleased to introduce you to a new opportunity within AIFM located in the city center. Created 10 years ago, the firm has acquired numerous assets. The team mainly works on AIFs in Private Equity, Real Estate, and Private Debt. The team is human-sized and counts less than 10 persons in total, allowing excellent relationships between each collaborator. This healthy organization is felt in the excellent work delivered by the AIFM.

At this position, you will enjoy being in direct contact with clients, advisors, and third parties, which will expose you to direct contact with people and give you a human role with diversified responsibilities and cases.

Your Responsibilities | AIFM – In House – Finance – CRM – Fiduciary  

• You will be responsible for the client contact, establishing fees proposals, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and on time.
• You will receive instructions from advisors and will ensure that the strategy is smoothly executed.
• Drafting precise reports and minutes will be part of your responsibilities.
• You will overview KPIs and contribute to the optimization of efficiency in terms of service delivery.
• You will liaise with the compliance and risk teams.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | AIFM – In House – Finance – CRM – Fiduciary  

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Client Relationship Manager within a similar environment such as a fiduciary, a PFS, or an AIFM.
• You are fluent in English; it will ensure efficient communication.
• Having organizational skills will permit you to handle the different responsibilities you will have.
• It is essential to have strong communication skills for both client and internal communications.
• Having writing skills is important for this position, as you will have to draft numerous documents.

• You will earn a salary up to €90,000 gross/year depending on your knowledge. This will give you the possibility of accomplishing personal projects.
