Your Responsibilities | Payroll – International – Fiduciary – Tax – PFS

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for a dedicated client portfolio, across various sectors.
• Manage monthly salary calculations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and individual company agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing payroll-related questions with clarity and professionalism.
• Keep up-to-date with Luxembourg labor law changes, conventions collectives, and regulatory updates impacting payroll.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Payroll – International – Fiduciary – Tax – PFS

• At least 5 -6 years of experience in payroll processing in Luxembourg. (Fiduciary or PFS background preferred)
• Solid knowledge of Luxembourg labor law and exposure to multiple collective agreements
• Comfortable working independently and managing several files at once with multiple conventions.
• Fluent in French. English at a professional level is required (German or Luxembourgish would be a plus).
• Strong communication skills and client-oriented mindset.
