Your Responsibilities | Law Firm – Legal – Tax – Advisory - Lawyer

• Provide tax advice on direct and indirect taxation (corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing) to multinational clients, funds, and private groups.
• Assist in the structuring and implementation of cross-border transactions in compliance with Luxembourg and international tax frameworks.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex tax documentation in close cooperation with other departments (M&A, Finance, Corporate).
• Monitor changes in Luxembourg, EU, and OECD tax legislation and advise clients on the impact of regulatory developments.
• Support business development efforts through client presentations, legal publications, and active contribution to the firm’s internal knowledge base.
• Contribute to the onboarding and coaching of junior team members.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Law Firm – Legal – Tax – Advisory - Lawyer

• You have 5 to 7 years of experience as a Tax Lawyer, ideally gained in Luxembourg or within an international environment.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken); French at a conversational level is expected for internal and client communications.
• You are confident working on complex tax files autonomously and are comfortable in client-facing situations.
• You demonstrate strong technical expertise in corporate tax and fund-related tax matters.
• You are a pragmatic, proactive team player, with a strong sense of responsibility and business acumen.
• You are motivated to take part in a long-term career path, with a clear trajectory toward Counsel and beyond.
