Your Responsibilities | Legal – CoSec – Corporate – Finance – Law – Regulatory

• You will manage a portfolio composed of Soparfis, Holdings, and SPVs, overseeing the full lifecycle from incorporation to liquidation.
• You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, including loan agreements, board minutes, resolutions, and other corporate documentation.
• You will ensure that the internal database is consistently updated and maintained.
• You will coordinate the approval of annual accounts in close collaboration with the accounting team.
• You will manage RCS/RBE filing.

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer within a similar environment in Luxembourg, such as a fiduciary, PFS, or service provider.
• A degree in law is essential to qualify for this position.
• Fluency in English is mandatory to ensure smooth communication with clients and colleagues. Any additional language skills, such as French, Russian, or German, will be considered an asset.
