The fiduciary mainly serves a financial client base, providing accounting, tax and corporate domiciliation services to a variety of Luxembourgish entities. You will work with structures such as SOPARFIs, holding companies and SPFs, allowing you to further develop your technical expertise while maintaining close relationships with your clients.

Your Responsibilities | Accountant – Fiduciary – Finance - Luxembourg

• Manage the day-to-day accounting of a portfolio of Luxembourgish financial entities, mainly including SOPARFIs, holding companies, SPFs and similar structures.
• Handle accounting entries, reconciliations and the regular monitoring of financial records, ensuring that each file remains accurate and up to date.
• Prepare annual accounts and ensure the proper follow-up of your portfolio, working with a high degree of autonomy.
• Oversee VAT-related matters and contribute to the preparation of the relevant tax and compliance documentation.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, addressing their accounting needs and ensuring a reliable and high-quality service.
• Work closely with your colleagues, sharing knowledge and contributing to a collaborative environment where mutual support is part of everyday life.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Accountant – Fiduciary – Finance - Luxembourg

• You have at least 3 years of experience in Luxembourg accounting, ideally gained within a fiduciary or a similar professional environment.
• You have previous experience working with Luxembourgish financial entities, such as SOPARFIs, holding companies and SPFs.
• You are comfortable handling day-to-day accounting, VAT-related matters and the preparation of annual accounts.
• You speak French and English fluently, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German, Luxembourgish or Italian would be considered an advantage.
• You are organised, reliable and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage your portfolio independently while maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
