It is a pleasure to support, once again, one of our long-standing clients: an asset manager located in Luxembourg, at the heart of the financial district. With around 80 collaborators, the company is organized into smaller teams, fostering strong communication, collaboration, and a pleasant working atmosphere.

The services provided by this asset manager include accounting, tax, corporate, compliance, and cash treasury services. Our client is currently looking for an Accountant to strengthen its team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in an international environment and be involved in a variety of interesting and complex transactions.

Your Responsibilities | Accounting – SPV – Private Equity – Private Debt – Finance

• You will be responsible for the accounting of SPVs involved in Private Equity and Private Debt structures.
• You will prepare and review tax returns.
• You will produce annual accounts and financial statements.
• You will report directly to the Senior Accountant within your team.
• Maintaining regular contact with third parties, such as auditors and service providers, will be part of your responsibilities.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Accounting – SPV – Private Equity – Private Debt – Finance

• You have at least one year of experience as an Accountant within a similar environment in Luxembourg (fiduciary, asset manager, PFS, or service provider).
• You are fluent in English; French would be considered an asset. This will enable you to communicate efficiently with colleagues, clients, and third parties.
• To quickly adapt to the role and perform effectively, you already have experience working with private equity or private debt structures.
• You have a good understanding of tax return preparation and related compliance requirements.
• You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• You will earn a salary of up to €65,000 gross per year, depending on your experience, knowledge, and technical skills.
