Your Responsibilities | Finance – Accounting – In house – Funds – Fiduciary

• You will process accounting invoices and payments while ensuring that financial records remain accurate and up to date.
• You will assist in the preparation of financial statements, annual closings, and reporting activities.
• You will handle intercompany accounting transactions in close collaboration with internal departments.
• You will review VAT returns and coordinate with tax authorities or external stakeholders whenever required.
• You will gradually take ownership of more technical and complex accounting tasks as your experience develops within the company.
• You will contribute to maintaining efficient accounting procedures and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Finance – Accounting – In house – Funds – Fiduciary

• You have gained at least two years of experience in accounting or audit within Luxembourg, ideally in a fiduciary, asset management company, Big Four, or financial service provider.
• You already have exposure to SPVs or real estate investment structures, which will be considered a strong advantage.
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• You are fluent in English and feel comfortable in German.
• You are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to continue developing your technical accounting knowledge.
