It is a pleasure, as always, to introduce you to this client we have been supporting for many years. It is an asset manager that mainly focuses on financial vehicles.

The team is composed of around 100 employees who collectively contribute to the company’s overall success. The atmosphere is friendly, with a multicultural environment, approachable management, and a high level of flexibility to accommodate everyone.

Your Responsibilities | Accountancy – Accountant – Finance – In house – Tax – SPVs

• You will be responsible for a portfolio composed of SPVs in Private Equity / Real Estate.
• You will take care of tax and VAT returns.
• You will handle accounting tasks from bookkeeping to the preparation and approval of annual accounts.
• Liaising with third parties such as banks, lawyers, and auditors will be part of your daily work.
• You will ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulatory and accounting requirements.
• You will participate in the improvement of internal processes and support junior team members when needed.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Accountancy – Accountant – Finance – In house – Tax – SPVs

• You have between 2 and 5 years of experience as an accountant in Luxembourg, ideally within a similar environment (AIFM, Asset Manager, PSF).
• You are fluent in English, which is essential to communicate efficiently with colleagues and third parties.
• You are autonomous and able to review juniors’ work and coach them on relevant subjects.
• You are fully autonomous in tax matters, including VAT.
• You have strong communication skills.
