We are currently supporting a well-established asset manager, widely recognized on the market for its expertise. Active for many years, the company provides a full range of services including accounting, corporate, compliance, tax, and other related services for a diverse portfolio of SPVs across multiple strategies such as Private Debt, Private Equity, and Real Estate.

Strategically located in Luxembourg, the offices are brand new, spacious, and designed with employee comfort in mind. Situated close to numerous shops and restaurants, the workplace is fully equipped to ensure optimal working conditions, while also offering a pleasant environment to enjoy lunch breaks.

With around 50 employees in total, the company maintains a human-sized structure. Each team typically consists of 5 to 6 people, allowing for strong communication, close collaboration, and a solid team spirit.

Your Responsibilities | Accounting – Accountancy – Finance – Financial – Tax – SPVs

• You will be responsible for a portfolio of SPVs, managing them from incorporation through to liquidation.
• Preparing tax returns and VAT returns will be part of your responsibilities.
• You will liaise with other teams such as Corporate and Audit to ensure smooth coordination.
• You will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• You will participate in the preparation of annual accounts and support audit processes.
• You will ensure compliance with local regulations and internal procedures.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Accounting – Accountancy – Finance – Financial – Tax – SPVs

• You bring at least 2 years of accounting experience in Luxembourg, preferably gained within comparable structures such as fiduciary, Asset Managers or PSFs.
• You communicate fluently in English, enabling effective interaction with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders.
• You handle tax matters with confidence, including VAT compliance and related filings.
• You will leverage strong interpersonal skills to foster clear communication and productive collaboration across teams.
