Our client is a family-owned fiduciary located in the heart of Luxembourg City, just a short walk from Hamilius, and is currently looking to strengthen its team by hiring a Senior Accountant. This position has become available following the retirement of a long-standing employee, offering the opportunity to join a stable team and build a long-term professional relationship with the company.

Established in the Luxembourg market for almost 20 years, the fiduciary currently employs around 20 professionals and benefits from an excellent level of team stability. The company has a particularly low employee turnover, reflecting a pleasant working environment, strong long-term relationships and genuine proximity between employees and management.

The company primarily serves a financially oriented client base and provides a broad range of services, including accounting, tax and corporate domiciliation. This diversity allows employees to work on a variety of files and develop strong technical expertise within the Luxembourg market.

Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Finance – Accountant – SOPARFI - Luxembourg

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting follow-up of a portfolio mainly composed of SOPARFIs, SPFs, Holdings and other financial entities.
• You will take ownership of the preparation of annual financial statements for your portfolio, managing your files with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
• You will ensure the daily monitoring and proper follow-up of your portfolio, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and reliability in the accounting information.
• You will work closely with the other accountants within the team, contributing to a collaborative environment based on mutual support and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – Finance – Accountant – SOPARFI - Luxembourg

• You have at least 3 years of accounting experience within a fiduciary in Luxembourg, ideally with a stable career path and a genuine interest in building a long-term relationship with your next employer.
• You have an excellent command of both French and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Italian, Luxembourgish or German would be considered a strong advantage.
• You have previous experience working with Luxembourg financial structures, particularly SOPARFIs, Holdings and SPFs, and are comfortable handling their accounting requirements.
• You have a strong understanding of day-to-day accounting, VAT returns and annual financial statement preparation, and are able to manage these tasks independently.

• You will receive a gross annual salary of up to €70,000, depending on your experience, skills and level of autonomy in accounting.
