We are delighted to partner once again with one of our long-standing clients, an established asset manager located in the heart of Luxembourg’s financial district. As they continue to expand their comprehensive accounting, tax, corporate, compliance, and treasury services, they are now seeking a skilled Accountant to strengthen their team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of complex transactions within a dynamic, global framework.

Your Responsibilities | Accounting – Private Debt - Luxembourg

  • You will be responsible for the accounting of SPVs involved in Private Debt structures.
  • You will prepare and review tax returns.
  • You will produce annual accounts and financial statements.
  • You will report directly to the Senior Accountant within your team.
  • Maintaining regular contact with third parties, such as auditors and service providers, will be part of your responsibilities.

Profile and Career Path | Accounting – Private Debt - Luxembourg

  • You have at least one year of experience as an Accountant within a similar environment in Luxembourg (fiduciary, asset manager, PFS, or service provider).
  • You are fluent in English; French would be considered an asset. This will enable you to communicate efficiently with colleagues, clients, and third parties.
  • To quickly adapt to the role and perform effectively, you already have experience working with private equity or private debt structures.
  • You have a good understanding of tax return preparation and related compliance requirements.
  • You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • You will earn a salary of up to €65,000 gross per year, depending on your experience, knowledge, and technical skills.
