To support the continued growth of its integrated services covering accounting, tax, corporate administration, compliance, and treasury, the firm is looking to welcome an experienced Accountant to its team. This position will involve overseeing a varied portfolio and handling sophisticated transactions within a fast-paced, international environment.

Your Responsibilities | Accountant – Asset Management - Luxembourg

• You will oversee the day-to-day accounting of SPVs linked to Private Equity investment structures.
• You will be involved in the preparation and review of corporate and tax filings.
• You will handle the production of annual accounts, statutory financial statements, and related reporting.
• You will work under the supervision of the Senior Accountant, providing regular updates and contributing to team deliverables.
• You will liaise on an ongoing basis with external stakeholders, including auditors, advisors, and other service providers.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Accountant – Asset Management - Luxembourg

• You bring a minimum of one year of experience in an accounting role acquired in a comparable Luxembourg-based environment such as a fiduciary, asset manager, PFS, or professional services firm.
• You are fully proficient in English, with knowledge of French seen as a strong advantage, allowing smooth interaction with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• You already have hands-on exposure to Private Equity and/or Private Debt structures, enabling you to become operational quickly in the position.
• You possess solid knowledge of tax return preparation along with the associated regulatory and compliance obligations.
• You have obtained at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
