Our partner is looking to welcome a new Accountant to their human-sized team of approximately twenty professionals based in Luxembourg. Your Responsibilities | Accountant – Accounting – Asset Manager – ManCo

• Process and review invoices and payments while maintaining accurate records.
• Assist in the preparation of annual closings and financial reporting.
• Book intercompany transactions in coordination with internal teams.
• Review VAT filings and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
• As you grow, you will be encouraged to expand your scope of responsibilities and take on more complex tasks independently.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Accountant – Accounting – Asset Manager – ManCo

• You have at least 1 year of experience in accounting or audit in Luxembourg. This experience needs to be acquired in a Big Four, Audit Firm, PFS, Fiduciary or Asset manager. Furthermore, you have been exposed to Real estate investment vehicles/SPV.
• You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Any other language is a plus, but certainly not necessary.
• You have ideally obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or followed any other internal or external trainings in finance.
• Experience with one of the following software will also be considered as a strong advantage in your application : ViewPoint, Yardi, Dynamics and/or NetSuite.
  
  

Offer | Accountant – Accounting – Asset Manager – ManCo

• You can count on an excellent salary up to €55.000 gross to which will be added a bonus of 10%, meal vouchers of €10.80 as well as health insurance (DKV) for your entire family and a pension plan that is above market practice (6%).
• In this small team of 10 people, you will work closely with the managers and more senior accountants, who are eager to support you in your technical growth and autonomy.
• Centrally located in the heart of the city, you will be able to take the tram or bus to work easily, making your daily commute much more comfortable.
• As you will be exposed to interesting transactions, you will continue to develop your technical skills continuously which will be a great advantage in your career.
