Accounting Manager – Dynamic and Growing PFS, Homeworking 
Our client is a PFS based in Mamer, composed of more than 60 people. This company has known a growth with many demands and new clients these last months and is today looking for an Accounting Manager to work in the SPV and Funds department.
In addition to this department, you can find legal, tax, and HR departments in the company in order to offer diversified services to all the clients. The client portfolio is mainly composed of SPV, Holding, Soparfis, and financial companies in general in the fields of Real Estate and Private Equity.
This structure also has a focus on digitalization and efficiency, and as a result, employees benefit from ultra-qualitative tools and they do not waste time preparing reporting or communicating with clients and colleagues.  
Your Responsibilities | Accounting – Accountancy – Finance – Tax
- You take care of the review of the preparation of accounting entries by senior accountants.
- You prepare and review VAT and tax returns. You are also in direct contact with the tax team for more difficult declarations and problematics.
- You review and prepare annual accounts from A to Z, before sending them to the clients.
- You provide training and advise the junior and senior accountants in your team. As some of them would work from abroad, you care about providing clear and constant communication to everyone.
- As the main point of contact for the clients, you remain available, helpful, and proactive with them. 
Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – PFS – Service Provider
- You are fluent in English and French or in English and German.
- You already have knowledge in the management of SPVs and Investment Funds.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Any other certification represents a plus for the company.
- You have at minimum 6 years of experience in accounting within service providers / Big Four in Luxembourg.
- You already are in charge of a team composed of accountants and as a result, you are able to prepare a planning, to solve problems efficiently, and to create a strong team spirit within a group.
