Your Responsibilities | Accountancy – International – Funds – Tax – PFS – Real Estate

• As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial statements as required.
• You will oversee the preparation and thorough review of VAT and tax returns for your portfolio, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations.
• It is critical that you guarantee the preparation and submission of annual accounts within the established deadlines to avoid any financial penalties or regulatory issues.
• Our partners expect you to maintain consistent and proactive communication with external service providers such as auditors, banks, and administrators, ensuring the complete accuracy of the accounting cycle and upholding strong corporate governance across the structures in your portfolio.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Accountancy – International – Funds – Tax – PFS – Real Estate

• You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• You should have at least 5 years of experience as an accountant in Luxembourg.
• Fluency in English and a professional working level of French are mandatory for this role.
• Given the importance of this position, you must demonstrate the ability to independently manage the full accounting cycle of your portfolio.
• Previous experience with SPVs and Holdings is required.
