Accounting Manager - German Speaking Clients, Expanding Firm

As part of its continued growth, a well-established fiduciary firm located in the center of Luxembourg is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its leadership team. With over a decade of operations and a steadily growing international client base, the firm is now entering a new strategic phase, including expansion into the regulated fund sector.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the firm's development while applying both your technical knowledge and leadership skills in a dynamic and multicultural environment. You will be working closely with clients in private equity, real estate, and holding structures, while supporting and guiding your team towards operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities | Accounting – Finance – Tax – Luxembourg

  • Manage a portfolio of financial clients (SOPARFI, holdings, PE/RE structures), ensuring timely preparation and review of annual accounts, tax and VAT returns, and regulatory filings (CSSF, BCL).
  • Lead a team of accountants by overseeing daily workflows, fostering a collaborative team spirit, and actively contributing to their professional development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with your clients, understand their needs in advance, and take part in business development or service improvement initiatives.

Profile and Career Path | Accountancy – Tax – Financial Services

  • You have at least 6 years of relevant experience in a fiduciary, PFS, or Big Four firm in Luxembourg.
  • You have experience in supervising or mentoring colleagues and are comfortable managing small to medium-sized teams.
  • You have a strong background working with PE/RE structures and/or SOPARFI/Holdings.
  • You are fluent in both German and English; French is considered an asset but is not mandatory.
  • You are solution-oriented, communicative, and able to adapt your leadership approach to different team dynamics.
