Accounting Manager - German Speaking Environment, Autonomy

We are currently working with a growing PFS based in the city center of Luxembourg. The company was founded more than 30 years ago, first as a fiduciary, and took a direction in the fund industry, obtaining the CSSF regulated company certification a few years ago.

This company is composed of more than 50 people, divided into several teams. A few teams of accountants are taking care of commercial companies, and the rest is involved in the management of SOPARFIs, Holdings, and investment funds.

The partners of this company have many projects in mind, and the growth of the company allows them to expand their services and to start on new projects and challenges.  

Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Tax – Accountancy – Finance

  • You review bookkeeping and annual accounts prepared by junior and senior accountants.
  • You also review and prepare a few tax returns when it is needed.
  • You coach your team members, and you give them advice to help them improve their skills and independence.
  • You prepare plannings for your team that they respect to prepare all documents in time.
  • You are also involved in recruitments, and you try to find the best talents to join your team.

Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – Tax – Accountancy – Finance

  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You have more than 7 years of experience in accounting, within fiduciaries in Luxembourg.
  • You already have experience in the management of a team, and as a result, you have developed strong skills in communication and organization as well.
  • Your career path is stable, showing your loyalty and dedication to your previous employers.
  • You appreciate talking with clients and resolving any types of problematics.

Offer | Fiduciary – Tax – Accountancy – Finance

  • You will receive a salary up to €90.000 gross per year, that will depend on your experience and knowledge.
