Assistant Manager Corporate – Flexible PFS, Stable Team

We are currently supporting a well-established PSF in Luxembourg in its search for an Assistant Manager Corporate. The firm has developed a strong position on the market by supporting an international client base across corporate governance, compliance, tax and accounting matters, with a particular focus on complex and structured entities such as SOPARFI and Securitization vehicles.

Its organization is built around a human-sized setup (less than 30 people in total), allowing for direct communication, quick decision-making and a close involvement in both client relationships and internal processes. This environment offers a different approach compared to larger structures, with a greater visibility on files and a more active role in the way work is handled.

The company places importance on maintaining an efficient way of working, which is why there are organized processes in place and digitalization has also played an important role. That way, you can fully focus on the most intellectually stimulating tasks and not waste time on very administrative tasks for example.

This approach also allows the team to stay close to both the technical work and the operational side of the business.

Your Responsibilities |PSF – SOPARFI – Securitization – Legal – Corporate – Law

• You will oversee a portfolio of entities, including SOPARFI and Securitization vehicles, ensuring their proper follow-up from the constitution to liquidation/dissolution.
• You will act as a central point of coordination, making sure that files progress smoothly between team members, clients and external stakeholders.
• You will support and guide a human sized team in their daily work, helping to structure priorities and maintain a consistent level of quality.
• You will take an active role in client relationships, handling more complex queries and ensuring continuity in the follow-up.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | PSF – SOPARFI – Securitization – Legal – Corporate – Law

• You have at least 6 years of experience in Corporate governance in a financial service provider (Fiduciary, PFS or Big Four) in Luxembourg. You have already acquired experience with team supervision.
• You are fluent in English, German is considered as a strong additional asset.
• You have experience with Securitization vehicles, allowing you to easily take on these files and assist your team in growing in their autonomy.
• You are looking for a company where you can invest yourself long-term and ideally have a stable career path so far to prove that.

• An annual gros salary that can reach up to €90 000 depending on your experience and level of expertise, in addition to a bonus to value your efforts throughout the year.
