The opportunity we are presenting today concerns a well-established international law firm seeking to strengthen its Banking & Finance practice in Luxembourg by recruiting a mid-level Associate. Active on the Luxembourg market for several years, the firm has developed a strong reputation across Banking & Finance, Corporate and Litigation, advising a diverse international client base.

The size of the team allows for regular and direct collaboration with senior profiles, ensuring clear communication and consistent involvement throughout transactions. Your Responsibilities | Banking & Finance – Law Firm – Associate – Droit - Avocat

• You will work on Banking & Finance files, assisting on financing transactions alongside the team.
• You will take part in the drafting and review of financing documents.
• You will work side by side with your colleagues on ongoing matters, with regular exchanges throughout the files.
• You will be in contact with clients, banks and other external parties, helping to ensure that transactions move forward smoothly.

Profile and Career Path | Banking & Finance – Law Firm – Associate – Droit - Avocat

• You have at least 3 years of experience in Banking and Finance within a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in English and French, enabling you to work comfortably in an international environment.
• You have acquired a solid understanding of Luxembourg financing matters, allowing you to contribute efficiently to transactions.
• You are looking for a stable and long-term position, offering clear progression within a growing practice.
