Associate Director – Flexibility, Human-sized Team

We are currently partnering with an established fiduciary firm specializing in the administration and servicing of international investment structures. The company enjoys a strategic location that is particularly convenient for professionals commuting from Belgium, or other parts of Luxembourg. On-site parking facilities further contribute to a smooth and comfortable daily routine.

As part of its continued expansion, the fiduciary is seeking an Associate Director to play a key role in the leadership and development of the business. This position combines high-level client relationship management, oversight of complex international structures, and active participation in the firm's strategic initiatives. Beyond the technical aspects of the role, this opportunity offers significant visibility within the organization and the chance to influence decision-making processes. The future Associate Director will work closely with senior stakeholders, mentor and support team members, and help drive operational excellence while benefiting from a high degree of autonomy and flexibility in the execution of their responsibilities.
