The client we are representing is an international law firm with a strong reputation in financial services and a well-established presence across Luxembourg. The firm advises multiple clients on Investment Funds, Corporate, Tax and Banking & Finance matters providing a real expertise in each field. They are currently seeking a Banking & Finance Lawyer to join their team.

The Luxembourg office is composed of a dynamic team of lawyers specialized in financial transactions and regularly involved in cross-border cases. Lawyers benefit from direct exposure to international deals and work closely with experienced practitioners across different offices, allowing them to develop a strong understanding of the structuring and execution of complex financing transactions.

Your Responsibilities | Banking & Finance – Law Firm – Fund Finance – Financial Transactions

• Advise clients on a broad range of Banking & Finance transactions, including acquisition finance, fund financing and refinancing structures.
• Draft and negotiate loan agreements, security documentation and other financing-related documentation in the context of complex transactions.
• Assist clients with the structuring and implementation of financing arrangements, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Work on cross-border transactions in collaboration with colleagues from other international offices and support senior lawyers and Partners in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality legal advice.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Banking & Finance – Law Firm – Fund Finance – Financial Transactions

• You have at least 2 years of experience as Banking & Finance Lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You speak English fluently, any other language being considerate as an asset.
• You have already been exposed and have a strong interest to Fund Finance and Leverage Finance.
• You are looking to continue developing your expertise within a collaborative and international team environment.
