Banking & Finance Lawyer – Transactions, Regulatory & International Exposure

Our client is an international law firm firmly established in Luxembourg, where a team of approximately 60 lawyers advises local and international clients across practices including Corporate M&A, Investment Funds, Tax and Banking & Finance.

Within the Banking & Finance practice, you will join a structured team composed of several Partners and Counsels, providing lawyers with both strong technical guidance and direct involvement in their matters. With one Counsel entirely dedicated to regulatory work, this position offers particularly valuable exposure to both financial transactions and Regulatory matters, allowing you to build a broader Banking & Finance practice rather than focusing exclusively on transactional work.

The firm is currently looking for a lawyer with two to four years of experience who has already developed a good level of autonomy and is keen to strengthen both their transactional and regulatory expertise. While previous law firm experience is naturally relevant, the team is also open to candidates with suitable experience gained within a bank, financial institution or in-house legal department.

You will evolve in an international environment with high technical standards, while benefiting from close access to senior lawyers, regular training and genuine long-term career development opportunities.
