Conducting Officer – Small PFS, Low Staff Turnover

We are currently collaborating with a PFS based in the city Center, that is seeking for their future Conducting Officer who will be part of a team composed of around 20 people. Furthermore, the PFS offers high-quality services to all of its clients, which allows the structure to easily develop its portfolio and reputation in Luxembourg. Today, the PFS assists primarily financial clients such as SOPARFI, Holdings, SPV and Securitization vehicles.

The PFS is a human-sized company and would like to continue in this way. Indeed, they do not want to become a large service provider in Luxembourg and would like to keep their family atmosphere for the next few years. As a result, and the fact that overtime is very limited, the teams are also very stable and departures here are rare. You will be surrounded by some colleagues who have worked here for over 5 or even 10 years and who will be happy to help you integrate well in the team, and to familiarize yourself with the organization and internal processes.

As Conducting Officer, you will play a key part in the good standing of the PFS as well as the day-to-day operations. As a result, you are sure to provide real added value here.

Your Responsibilities | Conducting Officer – Compliance – Legal – Finance – CSSF – PFS - PSF

  • You are responsible for client management and client administration, ensuring the clients are serviced properly in line with internal policies and procedures.
  • You are in charge of the reportings to the CSSF and ensure that the PFS operates in line with the CSSF rules and guidelines at all times.
  • You are in charge of a team of ten team members, having different profiles in corporate governance and accounting.
  • If you so wish, you will have the chance to actively participate in business development (by participating in networking events or conferences amongst others), although this is not a must.

Profile and Career Path | Conducting Officer – Compliance – Legal – Finance – CSSF – PFS - PSF

  • You have at least 15 years of relevant experience, including in a PFS in Luxembourg. You are either already Conducting Officer or would have no issue receiving the CSSF approval. If you have more experience, for example 25 or even 35, we are also happy to receive your application.
  • Fluency in English is an absolute prerequisite, in addition to French or German.
  • You are keen to work in a human-sized company and therefore have a certain agility, while you will have real value in maintaining structure and well organized processes here.
  • You care about the values of a company, and being a good fit for the company’s culture. A good mindset and respect is key here, so if you recognize yourself in these elements, this PFS might be a good fit for you.
  • You have strong expertise with SOPARFI and SPV, and ideally Securitization vehicles or alternative funds.
