We are currently supporting a well-established international law firm in Luxembourg in its search for a Corporate Associate. The practice is currently experiencing a strong and consistent level of activity, leading to the need to strengthen the team.

Present on the Luxembourg market for several years, the firm has built a solid reputation through its involvement in complex and cross-border matters, working with a diversified client base ranging from financial institutions to international groups.

The firm operates through several offices across Europe, allowing close collaboration between teams and offering lawyers exposure to an international environment. In Luxembourg, the Corporate team is composed of a limited number of lawyers, which allows for direct interaction with partners and counsels and avoids overly hierarchical structures.

Within this structure, particular attention is given to team organization and communication, allowing matters to be handled efficiently while keeping a collaborative approach. This setup enables lawyers to progressively gain autonomy, while still benefiting from regular exchanges with more senior profiles.

Your Responsibilities | Lawyer – Corporate – Law Firm - Legal

• You will be involved in the day-to-day management of corporate matters, including incorporations, restructurings and liquidations.
• You will draft and review legal and corporate documentation, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg regulations.
• You will work closely with partners and counsels on ongoing matters, allowing you to progressively gain autonomy in your files.
• You will interact with clients and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination throughout each matter.

Profile and Career Path | Lawyer – Corporate – Law Firm - Legal

• You have at least 3 years of experience as Corporate Lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You are speak fluently English and French, allowing you to communicate smoothly with both clients and your colleagues.
• You have a solid understanding of Luxembourg corporate law, allowing you to handle files with autonomy.
• You are looking for a stable position where you can continue developing your expertise within a growing practice.

• An annual gross salary that could reach 110 000€ depending on your experience and level of autonomy.
