You will work within a small team of approximately 60 employees, organized into specialized departments, which ensures close contact with partners and senior staff. Their availability facilitates communication and promotes your professional development daily.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate – M&A – Transactions – Advisory - Lawyer

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, including shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and M&A transactions.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Assist in due diligence processes and structuring corporate transactions.
