The client we are representing is a reputed and renowned law firm with a worldwide presence, including Luxembourg. Recognized for their expertise in Corporate M&A and other fields such as Litigation or Funds, they are currently seeking a Corporate Lawyer to support the team.

The Luxembourg office operates with a human-sized team, allowing lawyers to work closely with Partners and gain meaningful exposure to transactions and client matters from an early stage. This structure encourages direct collaboration, continuous feedback and a strong team dynamic, enabling lawyers to quickly develop both their technical expertise and their understanding of complex corporate work in an international context.

Your Responsibilities |  Lawyer - Corporate Transactions– M&A – Law Firm

• Advise international clients on a wide range of corporate matters including corporate governance, reorganizations and transactional work while supporting clients throughout the full lifecycle of deals.
• Draft, review and negotiate corporate documentation such as shareholders agreements and corporate resolutions.
• Assist clients with the structuring and implementation of corporate transactions and structures.
• Work closely with Partners and international offices on multi-jurisdictional projects.

• You have at least 4 years of experience as Corporate Lawyer in a Law Firm in Luxembourg.
• You speak English fluently, any other languages such as French are considerate as an asset.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment where collaboration and high-quality legal work are key.
• You are proactive, curious and motivated to continue developing within a firm offering long-term career perspectives and international exposure.

• An annual gross salary that can go up to 140 000€ depending on your experience and level of seniority, under independent status. In addition, a bonus in accordance to your performance allowing you to have a complement of salary.
