Our client is a well-established firm operating in the corporate services / financial services sector in Luxembourg. The company has been active for over two decades, providing a broad suite of services including company formation, domiciliation, accounting, reporting, and compliance for non-regulated entities. This opportunity arises because of continued growth in demand for corporate services. The company is expanding the team and looking to hire a Corporate Officer to reinforce capacity, bring expertise, and ensure high quality service delivery.
Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Law – Legal – Regulatory – CoSec – Finance
- You will manage company incorporation processes, including drafting and signing necessary documents, preparing share registers, coordinating bank account openings, performing UBO filings, and maintaining checklists for start-ups.
- You will handle annual account procedures: gathering statutory documents, coordinating board/shareholder approvals, liaising with auditors where necessary, and ensuring timely filing with the Luxembourg RCS.
- You will prepare and maintain service agreements and relevant corporate documentation in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
- You will assist in internal process improvements, contributing ideas to streamline workflows, documentation, and reporting.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate – Law – Legal – Regulatory – CoSec – Finance
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate services, accounting, company secretarial work or a related field.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.
- You are familiar with Luxembourg corporate law and with basic accounting / financial reporting practices.
- You have at least a bachelor’s degree in law, a master’s degree would be ideal.
- You are motivated, rigorous, ethically minded, curious, with strong attention to detail.
- You are autonomous, able to manage your own workload and priorities, but also a great team player, able to communicate clearly and collaborate.

- You will earn a salary up to €65,000 gross/year depending on profile and skills, giving you a comfortable standard of living.
