My client is an international fiduciary well established in Luxembourg, specializing in the structuring and administration of alternative investment funds (AIFs), particularly in Private Equity, Real Estate, and Private Debt, as well as SPVs.
The Luxembourg office brings together around sixty professionals from over twenty nationalities, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration, technical excellence, and mutual respect.
Conveniently located near Luxembourg City center, the office offers modern workspaces and easy access by public transport. As part of its ongoing growth, the company is looking to recruit a Corporate Officer with a strong legal background who is eager to develop within a stable, international, and technically challenging environment. 
Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Boardmeeting – Transactions – Advisory – In-house
- Manage a portfolio of Luxembourg entities (SPVs, AIFs, PE, RE, PD) while ensuring full compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
- Draft and prepare corporate documentation, including board minutes, resolutions, notices, reports, and statutory registers.
- Coordinate incorporations, restructurings, and liquidations, liaising with notaries, banks, auditors, and external advisors.
- Collaborate closely with accounting and compliance teams to maintain smooth and efficient processes.
- Maintain direct communication with clients, providing accurate and timely advice on corporate matters.
- Contribute to the updating and improvement of internal procedures, ensuring best practices are consistently applied.

- You hold a university degree in Law (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in Luxembourg, ideally within a fiduciary, PSF, or management company.
- You have a solid understanding of Luxembourg company law and experience handling AIFs, SPVs, and investment structures (PE, RE, PD).
- You are fluent in French and English; any additional language is considered an asset.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and pragmatic, with a proactive approach to your work.
- You appreciate direct communication and a collaborative team spirit, where your contribution truly makes a difference.
