Your Responsibilities | Law – Finance – Legal  -CoSec – Regulatory – Legal officer

• You will be responsible for a portfolio mainly composed of SOPARFIs, holdings, and SPVs, managing the full lifecycle from incorporation to liquidation.
• You will draft and review legal documents, including contracts, resolutions, and loan agreements.
• You will be in charge of collecting the necessary documentation and ensuring full compliance with Luxembourg legal requirements, in collaboration with the compliance team.
• You will coordinate with third parties, such as lawyers, notaries, and banks.

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer within a similar environment in Luxembourg
• Fluency in English is essential to communicate effectively with clients and third parties. Any additional language will be considered a strong asset.
• You are organized and proactive, enabling you to efficiently meet deadlines and manage your workload.
• A degree in law is required to demonstrate your solid understanding of corporate regulations.
• Knowledge of tax matters will be considered a major advantage in handling more complex files.
