Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal – SPV - Funds
- You will manage a portfolio composed mainly of SPVs.
- You will organize, prepare, coordinate and present board and shareholder meetings.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, including minutes, resolutions, and agreements, will be part of your daily responsibilities.
- You will collaborate closely with the accounting team to ensure the approval of annual accounts, amongst other matters.
- Liaising with third parties such as lawyers, banks, and notaries will be part of your routine.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal – SPV - Funds
- You have minimum 2 years of experience as a Corporate Officer (in a PFS, investment company or fiduciary) in Luxembourg, enabling you to quickly adapt to your new role. You have worked on Special Purpose Vehicles during this time as well.
- You are fluent in English, allowing you to communicate effectively with third parties as well as your colleagues.
- You possess a solid understanding of SPV operations, ensuring efficiency in your work.
- Meeting deadlines is essential to you, and your proactive and organized approach helps you achieve this consistently.
- You have at least obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to interact smoothly with third parties and colleagues.
