Your Responsibilities | Office Management – Administration – Support – Coordination

  • You provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the team.
  • You manage agendas, travel arrangements, and meeting coordinations, ensuring efficient time management and organization.
  • Draft, proofread, and format documents, presentations, and correspondence in both English and French.
  • You maintain and optimize office management, including the vendor coordination, supply management, and event organization.
  • Act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders, always ensuring clear and professional communication.

Profile and Career Path | Office Management – Administration – Support – Coordination

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an Executive or Office Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role within a corporate or financial environment in Luxembourg.
  • You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken, allowing you to communicate effortlessly in a multicultural setting.
  • You possess excellent organizational skills and can handle multiple tasks with precision and discretion.
  • You are a trustworthy, proactive, and resourceful professional who takes ownership of your responsibilities.
  • You appreciate working in a structured yet people-focused environment, where professionalism and mutual respect are key.
