Fund Associate – Structured Team, International Environment

We are currently supporting an international law firm in Luxembourg in its search for a Fund Associate.

With an established presence both in Luxembourg and internationally, the firm has built a solid reputation across several practices, including Investment Funds, Corporate and Banking & Finance. It advises a diversified client base composed of asset managers, financial institutions and international investors.

The Luxembourg office is composed of a well-structured team of lawyers across different seniority levels, allowing for an efficient organization and a clear distribution of work. Within the Investment Funds practice, the team handles a broad range of structures, including UCITS and alternative investment funds, offering a comprehensive approach to legal matters.

The firm combines the resources of an international platform with a working environment that remains accessible and well-organized, allowing lawyers to be involved in their files while benefiting from the support of more experienced profiles when needed.

Your Responsibilities |Legal – AIF – UCITS – Investment Funds – Law Firm

• You will advise clients on the structuring and set-up of investment funds, including UCITS and alternative structures.
• You will draft and review legal documentation related to funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Luxembourg regulations.
• You will assist on the ongoing legal follow-up of structures, supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of their funds.
• You will work in coordination with other teams and international offices, contributing to the progression of cross-border matters.

Profile and Career Path | Legal – AIF – UCITS – Investment Funds – Law Firm

• You have at least 3 years of experience as Fund Lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in English, any other language being considered as an asset.
• You are experienced with the management of AIF and UCITS allowing you to be autonomous on the handling of your files.
• You are eager to join a stable and structured environment offering long term development perspectives.

• An annual gross salary that could reach €120 000, depending on your experience and level of autonomy, in addition to a bonus providing you a complement of revenue.
