My client is a leading international law firm with a strong presence in Luxembourg, recognized for its expertise in Investment Funds, Banking & Finance and Corporate law. As part of a global network, the Luxembourg office advises a sophisticated client base, including institutional investors, asset managers and private equity houses, on complex cross-border matters.

Within the Investment Funds department, you will join a team of fewer than ten professionals, offering a structured environment while maintaining close interaction with Partners. This setup allows for direct involvement in files as well as progressive exposure to clients.

As the activity continues to grow, the firm is now looking to strengthen its Funds team by recruiting a Fund Lawyer with at least 4 years of experience.

Your Responsibilities | Funds – AIF – Structuring – Advisory

• You will be involved in the structuring, establishment and legal follow-up of investment funds, mainly focusing on AIF structures.
• You will draft and review legal documentation related to fund formation and operations.
• You will advise clients on regulatory and operational matters.
• You will liaise with authorities and various stakeholders involved in the transactions.
• You will collaborate with other teams within the firm, both locally and internationally.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Funds – AIF – Structuring – Advisory

• You have at least 4 years of experience as a Fund Lawyer in Luxembourg.
• You have solid exposure to AIF structures and a good understanding of the Luxembourg regulatory framework.
• You are fluent in English; French is considered an asset.
• You are autonomous in handling your files and comfortable working in a structured environment.
• You are looking to evolve within an international setting with strong client exposure.
