The firm works with both AIFs and UCITS, managing the full lifecycle from set-up to liquidation. Your Responsibilities | Finance – Law – Regulatory – Investment funds

• You will be responsible for the end-to-end set-up of investment funds (AIFs and UCITS), from initial structuring to operational launch.
• You will liaise with internal departments (legal, compliance, accounting) and external stakeholders (regulators, auditors, service providers) to ensure smooth coordination throughout the fund creation process.
• You will prepare and review fund documentation such as offering memoranda, prospectuses, and constitutional documents.
• You will handle the submission process to local authorities (e.g., CSSF), ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• You will support internal and client teams by providing guidance on fund set-up best practices and operational requirements.

• You have at least 3 years of experience as a Fund Set-Up Officer, gained within a fiduciary, a PFS, or an Asset Management company in Luxembourg.
• Fluency in both German and English is essential to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
