We are currently seeking a German-speaking Accountant for an asset manager located in Luxembourg. With more than USD 700 billion in assets under management, this asset manager is one of the most attractive environments in Luxembourg for professionals looking for technical challenges and continuous learning opportunities.

This is an in-house opportunity, allowing the future joiner to gain a 360° view of transactions and be involved throughout the entire investment lifecycle, from the initial stages to the completion of each project. The investments are diversified across several asset classes, including Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Private Credit.

Your Responsibilities | Finance – Accounting – Fiduciary – Investment – Funds

• You will be in charge of a portfolio composed of RAIFs and SIFs investing in various strategies, including Private Equity and Real Estate.
• You will be responsible for the preparation of quarterly reporting packages.
• Preparing financial statements under Lux GAAP and IFRS will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
• You will review tax and VAT returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• You will participate in reconciliation and consolidation processes.
• Maintaining regular contact with auditors, lawyers, banks, and other external stakeholders will be part of your responsibilities.

• You have at least 3 years of experience as an Accountant within a similar environment in Luxembourg (asset manager, fiduciary, PFS, or service provider).
• You are fluent in both German and English, as these languages are essential for effective internal and external communication.
• You demonstrate stability in your career path, which is important to remain aligned with the company’s culture and long-term vision.
• Holding at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field would be considered a strong advantage.
