Dear Accountants,

We are currently supporting a firm located in Kirchberg, which is looking for an Accountant specializing in real estate.

Our client is an investment firm investing in real estate, such as hotels, offices, and more. They have been established in Luxembourg for 10 years and manage more than 50 companies.

The general atmosphere is familial and welcoming. We met with two managers, and they were both very lovely and approachable during our discussion. They have a low turnover thanks to the good atmosphere and flexibility. Indeed, there are no constraints in terms of working hours, and working from home is clearly possible.

Your Responsibilities | Accounting – Accountant – Fiduciary – Finance – German

• You will be responsible for the full accounting of holdings and PropCos, from A to Z.
• You will be responsible for preparing tax and VAT returns.
• Being in contact with the administration and other third parties will be part of your responsibilities.
• You will review annual accounts and other accounting documents.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Accounting – Accountant – Fiduciary – Finance – German

• You have at least 5 years of experience as an Accountant in Luxembourg, within a similar environment such as a fiduciary, family office, or investment firm.
• You are fluent in German and English; French is an asset.
• You have a stable career path and see yourself joining a new company for the long term.
• You already have experience with real estate vehicles such as Holdings and PropCos.
• You are looking for a part-time position.
