Our client, a well-established international fiduciary, is currently looking for a German-Speaking Payroll Officer to strengthen its dedicated German desk.

Your Responsibilities | Payroll – Finance – Fiduciary – PFS – Social – Commercial Company

• You will be responsible for the full management of a payroll portfolio composed of commercial companies and self-employed individuals.
• You will prepare payslips from A to Z , as well as the related social declarations.
• You will manage employee entries, exits, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents.
• You will advise clients on social security matters and administrative obligations.
• You will maintain direct contact with clients to answer their requests and ensure their satisfaction.
• You will ensure regular legal monitoring in order to stay up to date with the latest social and payroll regulations.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Payroll – Finance – Fiduciary – PFS – Social – Commercial Company

• You have at least 2 years of experience as a Payroll Officer in Luxembourg, ideally within a fiduciary, allowing you to adapt quickly to your new environment.
• You are fluent in German and English, enabling you to communicate efficiently with clients and colleagues. French is considered an asset.
• You are proactive, well-organised, and motivated, qualities that will enable you to succeed in this role.
