It is a pleasure to introduce you to an excellent opportunity within a PFS located in Luxembourg’s east. The company is human-sized and counts about 30 collaborators. The general ambiance is familial, the turnover is low, the management gives strong flexibility to everyone, and the culture is trust-based.

Our client is currently seeking an internal accountant who will manage internal accounting in collaboration with a senior colleague. The company is growing, and the demand is too important for one employee. However, the firm is looking for someone for a part-time contract, allowing the future joiner to maintain a strong work-life balance.

Your Responsibilities | Accountancy – Finance – Control – Tax – Billing

• You will manage invoice checking, making sure everything is correct and paid.
• You will also calculate fees for clients, review them every quarter, and send the invoices to the banks.
• You will ensure internal accounting, including all bookkeeping and tax preparation.
• You will be in direct contact with banks, fiduciaries, and public administrations.
• You will prepare financial reports and assist with monthly and yearly closings.
• You will monitor cash flow and ensure proper follow-up of payments and expenses.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Accountancy – Finance – Control – Tax – Billing

• You have at least 2 years of experience as an accountant, preferably in a fiduciary, accounting firm, or financial company.
• You are fluent in German and have a good level of English. French is an asset but not a must.
• You are familiar with BOB50 and Multiline.
• To be in line with the company’s strategy, you have a stable career pat.

• You will be earning a salary of up to €65,000 gross per year, depending on your level of experience.
