Our client is a fiduciary that is expending his activities in Luxembourg. The company is an international platform working with high-net-worth clients and managing complex structures across several countries. The fiduciary manages a prestigious client base such as SPF, SOPARFIs, Holdings and a few commercial companies which will allow you to develop great accounting knowledge.

To support ongoing growth, the company is looking to hire a junior accountant and offers a great opportunity to learn, gain exposure to international structures, and grow step by step in a supportive and down-to-earth environment.

The fiduciary is very easy to reach by public transport, making daily commuting simple and stress-free. The Gare location also supports a healthy work–life balance, with shorter commute times and quick access to city services, allowing employees to better manage their time inside and outside of work.

Your responsabilities | Accountant – Flexibility – Fiduciary – Accounting – PFS – Finance – Luxembourg

• You will manage a client portfolio including SOPARFIs, SPFs, and a few commercial companies, handling files end to end with the support of your manager.
• You will take part in the preparation and follow-up of all tax and VAT filings, working alongside a more senior accountant who will support your learning and progression.
• You will be responsible for the preparation of annual accounts as well, within the legal deadlines. As you grow in your autonomy, you will handle your files from A to Z.
• As an accountant, you will maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring proper follow-up and providing any required information.

• You already have an experience of minimum 2 years as an accountant in a fiduciary or PFS based in Luxembourg.
• Fluency in English is mandatory. Italian and Spanish will be considered as a strong asset.
• You have ideally already had the opportunity to work on a portfolio composed of financial companies like SOPARFI, SPV (PE/RE) or SPF.
• You are motivated to join a multicultural team and to manage a diversified portfolio from A to Z in time.
• You are interested in following external and internal trainings to elevate your technical knowledge.

• You will have the opportunity to receive a salary up to € 65.000 gross per year, in line with your skill set and level of experience, and a discretionary annual bonus.
• You will work in a fiduciary located near the train station. You will be happy to benefit from a perfect location to reduce your daily commuting time.
• To improve your work-life balance, you will have the possibility to work from home once a week as homeworking is allowed and ensures all employees can easily organize themselves and their family life.
• Finally, you will benefit from additional paid leave (29 days per year), increasing with seniority, giving you more time to enjoy life outside of work and spend quality time with friends and family.
