To support the steady growth of its Banking & Finance department, the firm is currently seeking a Junior Lawyer with solid experience in financial transactions and regulatory frameworks. Your Responsibilities | Business Development - Law Firm - Corporate/M&A – Legal

• Contribute to financing transactions, such as secured lending, acquisition finance and refinancing
• Draft, review and negotiate loan agreements, security documents and other finance-related contracts
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and opinions on financial services and investment products
• Assist in advising clients on banking and financial regulatory matters, including CSSF requirements and EU legislation
• Work closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions on cross-border projects and transactions

• At least 2 years of experience in banking & finance law within a Luxembourg law firm or in a bank as legal counsel
• Fluency in French and English is essential; any additional language is considered an asset
• Strong legal drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
• Motivation to build a career in banking, finance, and regulatory law with long-term growth prospects
