We are currently supporting a Luxembourg-based fiduciary with a strong corporate and legal focus in its search for a Legal Manager.

The company has developed a stable and well-established activity assisting an international client base in the structuring, management and administration of their entities. Its clients include investment structures, holding companies and international groups, requiring both technical expertise and a pragmatic approach to legal matters.

The Luxembourg office operates in a small and efficient setup, where communication is direct and interactions between team members remain constant. The structure promotes a hands-on approach, where each professional is involved in the follow-up of the files and works closely with decision-makers.

Your Responsibilities | Lawyer – Corporate – Legal - Fiduciary

• You will take ownership of the legal follow-up of client entities, ensuring that structures remain compliant while adapting to their evolution over time.
• You will intervene on corporate operations from a legal perspective, bringing structure and clarity to transactions rather than simply executing predefined steps.
• You will act as a reference point on legal matters within the team, supporting colleagues and bringing a more advanced legal view when needed.
• You will coordinate with various stakeholders, ensuring that information flows efficiently and that matters move forward smoothly.
• You will contribute to the overall organization of the legal work, helping maintain a consistent level of quality across files.

Profile and Career Path | Lawyer – Corporate – Legal - Fiduciary

• You have at least 6 years of experience as a Lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You have a strong understanding of Luxembourg corporate law, allowing you to handle files with a high level of autonomy.
• You are comfortable in a role combining technical work and coordination responsibilities.
• You have a good knowledge of the Luxembourg market, allowing you to understand stakeholders and navigate efficiently within the local ecosystem.
• You are fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
• You appreciate environments where communication is direct, pragmatic and efficient.

• An annual gross salary that can reach up to €120 000, depending on your experience and level of autonomy, allowing you to position yourself competitively on the Luxembourg market.
