Your Responsibilities | Manager Transfer Agency - PFS – Private Equity – AIF – Funds

  • Supervise and coordinate the Transfer Agency team, ensuring the accurate processing of subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
  • Maintain oversight on AML/KYC processes, supporting the team in complex due diligence cases.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent and effective communication.
  • Train and support team members, ensuring their development while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Fund Administration and Compliance, to ensure a seamless workflow and satisfied clients.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, aligning with the company’s commitment to operational excellence.

Profile and Career Path | Manager Transfer Agency - PFS – Private Equity – AIF – Funds

  • You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Transfer Agency, with exposure to Private Equity and/or Real Estate structures. Experience in a similar environment (PFS) will be considered an added value.
  • You are fluent in English, with French considered a strong asset.
  • You demonstrate excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a clear, effective communication style.
  • You enjoy working in a human-sized environment where you can contribute to the team’s growth while maintaining a healthy work rhythm.
