The Luxembourg Corporate team advises an impressive range of international clients and financial institutions on corporate, M&A and restructuring matters. As part of its steady growth, the firm is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Lawyer who enjoys autonomy, teamwork, and the opportunity to play an active role in client relationships and transactions.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate – M&A – Transactions – Advisory - Lawyer

• Advise clients on corporate structuring, mergers & acquisitions, and general company law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, shareholders’ agreements, and corporate governance documents.
• Handle day-to-day company law matters, including incorporations, liquidations, and restructurings.
• Liaise directly with clients, notaries, auditors, and external advisors.
• Support partners on cross-border mandates and contribute to internal and client knowledge initiatives.

• You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate or M&A law in Luxembourg is required, within a law firm.
• You are fluent in French and English (any additional language is an advantage).
• You have acquired strong technical expertise but also have a commercial-minded approach and mindset, allowing you to communicate easily with current and new clients.
• You are proactive, reliable, and open-minded, with a genuine interest in teamwork and long-term collaboration.
• You are a stable and committed lawyer seeking to grow within a firm that values balance and mutual respect. You can demonstrate that you have a stable career path.
