Our trusted partner, a global yet human-sized law firm in Luxembourg is specialized in, amongst other domains, Investment funds.

With a vast network of collaborators across the globe, the firm puts international knowledge and know-how center stage. With offices in many countries on several continents, the firm has set operations in Luxembourg for a decade. To ensure the growth of the department, they are currently looking for an additional Partner in the Investment Fund department, assisting AIF mainly (in Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate and Infrastructure mainly).

Your Responsibilities | Associate Funds – Funds – Law – Legal – Avocat - Lawyer

• You take care of the fund set-up and structuring of your clients, being primarily unregulated and regulated investment funds.
• You of course draft all necessary legal documentation necessary for the day-to-day lifecycle of your clients.
• You work closely with a team of senior associates and the partners to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• You are in charge of the legal surveillance in order to apply any recent legal developments.
  
  

Profile and Career Path | Associate Funds – Funds – Law – Legal – Avocat - Lawyer

• You have between 2 and 4 years of experience as (Junior) Associate in the investment fund department of a Law Firm in Luxembourg. Experience at a renowned law firm, or a law firm with an international dimension, will be considered as a plus.
• You have obtained the CCDL and are either registered to the Bar or able to register.
• Fluency in English is mandatory whereas knowledge of French or German will be considered an advantage.
• You would describe yourself as proactive and dynamic, with a real willingness to grow in your knowledge and the firm itself.
• You have already developed quite a good understanding of the investment fund industry in Luxembourg.
• You are ideally experienced with Alternative Investment Funds.
