My client is an international law firm, well established in Luxembourg, bringing together more than a hundred professionals locally and operating within a global network. The Investment Funds team, composed of around 25 to 30 lawyers, plays a central role within the firm and continues to grow steadily year after year.

As part of this growth, the firm is now looking to recruit a Mid Level Associate Funds (3–6 years of experience), with solid exposure to AIF structures and experience with UCITS, which represents a key area of development for the team.

Your Responsibilities | Funds – Legal – Lawyer – Law – Avocat – UCITS – AIF

• You will advise clients on the structuring and ongoing management of investment funds, with a particular focus on UCITS, while maintaining exposure to AIF structures.
• You will draft and review legal documentation related to fund formation and lifecycle management.
• You will be involved in assisting clients to navigate Luxembourg and European frameworks.
• You will work closely with colleagues across departments and international offices, contributing to cross-border projects.
• You will progressively develop direct client contact and take ownership of your files.

• You have between 3 and 6 years of experience as an Investment Fund Lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg.
• You have a solid background in AIF and a first (or strong) exposure to UCITS, which will be a key differentiating factor.
• You are fluent in English. You also speak either French or German, allowing you to evolve in an international environment.
• You are proactive, curious and comfortable in a law firm where initiative is valued.
