Our client, an international law firm based in Luxembourg, is seeking a Mid-Level Fund Lawyer to join its Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) team. With around 50 professionals in Luxembourg, this firm stands out for its human-scale approach and meritocratic environment, where each team member has the opportunity to grow based on their efforts and achievements.

You will join a close-knit team of fewer than 10 people, where a collaborative and supportive atmosphere prevails. Your Responsibilities | Corporate – M&A – Transactions – Advisory - Lawyer

• Advise clients on the creation, structuring, and management of alternative investment funds (AIFs) under Luxembourg law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents (prospectuses, offering memoranda, service agreements).
• Ensure compliance of funds with CSSF requirements and European directives.
• Manage fund registrations, approvals, and communications with local and European regulators.
• Work closely with local and international teams on cross-border projects.
• Contribute to the business development of the firm, including writing articles and participating in industry events.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in investment fund law, gained within a law firm or similar structure in Luxembourg.
• In-depth knowledge of alternative investment funds (AIFs) is essential.
• Fluent in French and English. German is an additional asset.
• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
• Autonomy, organization, and team spirit.
